The Nitto NT05 tire is an ultra-high performance tire which is equally at home on the drag strip, on the track or on your daily driver. It was rigorously developed though racing, on-track testing, and comprehensive computer simulation modeling. The end result is a street tire capable of incredibly fast lap times and the very highest levels of dry road grip and performance. It has a reinforced internal construction for high horse-power cars and the most aggressive sport drivers. This means excellent rigidity, stability and consistent contact with the road for a high-level of dry performance. The large continuous center rib and massive tread blocks translate to a huge amount of rubber in contact with the road or track surface.The NT05R drag radial tire on the rear axle and the Nitto NT05 tire on the front is a combination that is hard to beat for the fastest runs.
